what is going to happen to izzie on grays anatomny this week is the season finale?

In my opinion: I don't think she'll die. I mean, she just got married to Alex and it would be heartbreaking to have her die. Also, I've only heard that George will be leaving and the rumors of Izzie leaving were false.

There has been a lot of rumors going around that she is going to leave after this season. I hope she doesn't die > she is my favorite character on the show. We will find out this Thursday. I cannot wait. It's gonna be intense.

I'm pretty sure she's gonna die. She's not coming back next season so i don't know what else could happen.
