runescape item help!?

hi guys as many of you may know the runescape economy is absolutely insane right now and i was just wondering if now is the time to take advantage of these extremely low prices? i have a total of 9mil to spend and i was wondering if i should buy the dragon full helm (was 15mil) for 7mil? or is it just going to keep dropping? also if you guys could give me any suggestions on what to buy and what items are going to keep dropping, that would be great thanks!

    I wouldn't expect it to drop much further. Things will stabilize soon.

    Check the grand exchange option in the main menu, they show if it is on a dropping slope if it is still dropping wait a lil while but the second it starts to rise buy it b4 it goes up too high. Just watch and wait=D

    in my opinion the dragon helm is kinda gay at most get just the armor
