Windows Vista Question?

Can you downgrade Vista to XP once you have upgraded it from XP to Vista?

I currently have Vista and I don't like it. It is as slow as hell and I want XP back, and I cant play games, not even internet games because it is so slow. It used to work perfectly before I put on Vista.

I don't have the XP discs but I can get them from my dad's work.

Update:

I have got SP1 and SP2

Yes you can just reinstall the window xp from the disc but it could take awhile for it to reinstall and anything you saved while using vista you could lose.

I thinkin you have to format first, not just use XP install disc. Even better , take it toBest Buy
