I am a first-time gardener. I planted some beans to make dried beans. What do I do now?
I left them on the vine till the shells were pale and dry and crispy. I took them off the vine this morning. Do I need to do any additional drying, or it is okay to shell them now?

If they are dry and crispy, shell them now. They should be hardened off.
