My computer restarts at 3am every day?

Why does this happen? I don't have any scheduled tasks set to run that would cause this. Don't have any viruses, don't have any programs set to auto run. I can't figure out why it does this. It won't turn on at 3am, it just restarts.

Go to:
Start / Control Panel / Security / Security Center / Turn Automatic Updating On or Off
This will show you if and what time your computer is checking for automatic updates

You probably have automatic updates scheduled at that time and don't know it.

do you have you auto updates for Windows updates set for that time
