Which amp is best to run Rainbow SLX625 Components?

I have just brought some Rainbow SLX625 components. The power rating is 100W & peak power is 150W. I have the choice of two amps. One is an Alpine that will make 160W x2 or the other is a RF that makes 240w x2. Will the RF be to powerful or like some people say you can never have to much?

Update:

Power ratings are RMS @ 14.4V

    I would have to choose Rockford Fosgate because I have been a fan for years and the sound clarity/power of the amp is amazing. But if it is too expensive you can choose another brand.

    Either one will work good. Are you looking at RMS power and not peak power for 4 ohm stereo????
