You are infected with spyware if:

    * You see too much pop-up advertisements.

    * Your browser has toolbars that you haven't installed.

    * Your homepage has changed (and you can't change it back).

    * Other settings have changed without your permission.

    * Your computer is slow.

To get rid of spyware and keep your computer clean you can use an antispyware or even more.

You can download a antispyware software. There are 10 good anti-spywares.

    here is the reviews: http://top5antispywarereviews.com/

You can download one and scan your system.

All are safe and can be trusted.

Try a scan w/ Spyware Doctor or Paretologic Anti Virus PLUS. You may have better results than Avira. I always use 2 scanners anyhow, 1 isn't enough.

    Best of luck,

Turn off System Restore to prevent re-infection from infected restore points.

Reboot in safe mode with networking.

    Download Malwarebytes AntiMalware http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam.php

To remove HEUR/HTML.Malware, you must first stop any HEUR/HTML.Malware processes that are running in your computer's memory. To stop all HEUR/HTML.Malware processes, press CTRL+ALT+DELETE to open the Windows Task Manager. Click on the "Processes" tab, search for HEUR/HTML.Malware, then right-click it and select "End Process" key.

To delete HEUR/HTML.Malware registry keys, open the Windows Registry Editor by clicking on the Windows "Start" button and selecting "Run." Type "regedit" into the box and click "OK." Once the Registry Editor is open, search for the registry key "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\HEUR/HTML.Malware." Right-click this registry key and select "Delete."

Finally, to completely get rid of HEUR/HTML.Malware, you must manually remove other HEUR/HTML.Malware files. These HEUR/HTML.Malware files can be in the form of EXE, DLL, LSP, TOOLBAR, BROWSER HIJACK, and/or BROWSER PLUGIN. For example, HEUR/HTML.Malware might create a file like

%PROGRAM_FILES%\HEUR/HTML.Malware\HEUR/HTML.Malware.exe. Locate and remove these files.

Avira and other antivirus programs are not very good at removing malware. You have to use anti-malware software. At the moment Spyware Doctor is the best program I believe. MalwareBytes anti-malware is also good. However, I recommend Spyware Doctor:

I found the same malware and im starting to think it's a false alert. Move it to quarantine and keep it there just to be safe.
