Chainsaw bar oil recommendations?

Can anyone recommend an generic non-fling mineral oil which would do the job (as opposed to the Stihl, Oregon etc. named brands)?

For the UK, preferably.

Thanks.

The thing is you should use synthetic chain oil as it is superior to any other. I doubt if you will find this quality other than from a named brand.

Let's face it, they don't use a lot of it, and you want your chain and bar to last, don't you?

You wouldn't fry food in engine oil, would you? Use the right product for the tool.
