Easy Casserole Dishes?

What are some of you're favorite easy Casserole dishes? With the recipe included if you can please.

    Easy Chicken Tetrazzini 1 lb boneless chicken breasts or a whole rotisserie chicken cut up 1 lb spaghetti 1 small box velveeta cheese 1 can rotel tomatoes 1 can cream of chicken soup ¼ shredded cheese In a large pot of boiling water seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic power and onion powder place (or use fresh garlic and onion minced) place chicken and cook gently until done (about 20 minutes) Remove chicken from water (reserve the water) and return water to a boil. Add pasta and cook until aldente Cool chicken and cut into bite size pieces In a small pot put soup, cheese and Rotel and melt slowly together Drain pasta and place in a large casserole dish and mix in chicken and cheese mixture. Sprinkle shredded cheese over top. Bake at 350 for about 10-15 minutes til bubbly and serve with some crusty bread. This freezes exceptionally well so make a double batch and freeze one without baking. When cooking later be sure to defrost before baking

    Taco Casserole

    1 1/2 pounds of ground beef

    2 cans of Ranch Style Beans

    1 can of Cheddar Cheese soup

    3 cups of Shredded Cheddar Cheese

    4 cups of crushed tortilla Chips

    Preheat oven to 425

    Brown your meat (add onion if you want my family doesn't like it), add beans (do not drain beans) and let simmer for several minutes. In a casserole dish put in two cups of the crushed chips, add half of the meat bean mixture, spread half the can of soup over that, then put half the shredded cheese, repeat that again. Place in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is melted, Serve with spanish rice and a salad.

    2 cups cooked ham

    2 tablespoons butter

    1 (8-1/2 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained

    3 tablespoons dark brown sugar

    1 can onion soup (condensed)

    salt and pepper, to taste

    1 (10-1/2 oz.) can sweet potatoes, drained

    1/2 cup pecans or walnuts, chopped

    Recipe Notes: Can sizes are approximate and do not need to be exact. 4 large sweet potatoes, boiled, peeled and thickly slice, can be substituted for canned.

    Cut the ham into 1/2 inch cubes. Heat butter in a heavy casserole or ovenproof skillet and brown the ham lightly.

    Add pineapple chunks, onion soup and 1 tablespoon of the brown sugar. Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Bring to a boil, then remove from heat.

    Place sweet potato slices in an even layer over the ham and pineapple mixture, with slices overlapping to make a cover.

    Combine pecans and the remaining brown sugar. Spread this over the sweet potatoes.

    Bake for 30 minutes in a preheated 400°F. oven.

    Best Tuna Casserole

    1 (12 ounce) package egg noodles

    1/4 cup chopped onion

    2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese

    1 cup frozen green peas

    2 (6 ounce) cans tuna, drained

    2 (10.75 ounce) cans condensed cream of mushroom soup

    1/2 (4.5 ounce) can sliced mushrooms

    1 cup crushed potato chips

    Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook pasta in boiling water for 8 to 10 minutes, or until al dente; drain.

    Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).

    In a large bowl, thoroughly mix noodles, onion, 1 cup cheese, peas, tuna, soup and mushrooms. Transfer to a 9x13 inch baking dish, and top with potato chip crumbs and remaining 1 cup cheese.

    Bake for 15 to 20 minutes in the preheated oven, or until cheese is bubbly.

    Chicken Noodle Casserole

    1 (8 ounce) package egg noodles, cooked

    2 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cut into cubes

    1 tablespoon minced onion

    1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup

    1 1/4 cups milk

    1 (14.5 ounce) can peas and carrots, drained

    salt and pepper to taste

    paprika to taste

    1 teaspoon chili powder

    4 slices Monterey Jack cheese

    4 slices soft white bread, cubed

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spread cooked egg noodles in a 9x13 inch baking dish and set aside.

    In a large skillet over medium high heat, saute cubed chicken meat with onion for about 7 to 10 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and no longer pink inside. Add the soup, milk, peas and carrots and stir together. Season with salt and pepper, paprika and chili powder to taste. Stir until just bubbly and remove from heat.

    Stir chicken mixture into noodles in baking dish until well combined; top with cheese slices, then bread cubes.

    Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for about 30 minutes or until bread is toasted; serve hot.

    Throw Together Mexican Casserole

    1 pound ground beef

    1 (15 ounce) can sweet corn, drained

    1 cup mild, chunky salsa

    1/4 cup sliced black olives

    3 1/2 cups cooked egg noodles

    1 (15.25 ounce) can kidney beans, drained and rinsed

    1/4 cup taco sauce

    1 (1.25 ounce) package taco seasoning mix

    1/2 cup tomato sauce

    Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).

    In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until evenly brown; drain.

    In a 9x13 inch baking dish combine the beef, corn, salsa, olives, cooked noodles, beans, taco sauce, seasoning mix and tomato sauce.

    Bake in the preheated oven for 1/2 hour, or until cooked through.
