Do female preachers know that they are NOT disobeying...........?

these verses in 1 Corinthians 14:34-35?

This does not mean that women should not speak in church services today; It is clear from Chapter 11 V5 that women prayed and prophesied in public worship. It is also clear in chapters 12-14 that women are given spiritual gifts and are encouraged to exercise them in the body of Christ (Church). Women have much to contribute and can participate in worship services. In the Corinthian culture, women were ot allowed to confront men in public. Apparently some of the women who had become Christians thought that their Christian freedom gave them the right to question the men in public worship. this was causing division in the church. In addition, women of that day did not receive formal religious education as did the men. Women may have been raising questions in the worship service that could have been answered at home without disrupting the services. paul was asking the women not to flaunt their Christian freedom during worship. The purpose of Paul's words was to promote unity, not to teach about women's role in the church.

Yes, we should affirm those whom God calls, whether male or female, and encourage them in faithfully learning God’s Word. We need to affirm all potential laborers, both men and women, for the abundant harvest fields.

II Timothy 2:15 admonishes all of us to: “Study to show yourself approved unto God, a workman that needs not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.” From studying the Word of God I knew that I was not disobeying those verses in 1 Corinthians 14:34-35 as I ministered to others as God called me to do.

I also believed what Acts 2:17-21 promised: "And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams: And on my servants and on my handmaidens I will pour out in those days of my Spirit; and they shall prophesy: And I will show wonders in heaven above, and signs in the earth beneath; blood, and fire, and vapour of smoke: The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before that great and notable day of the Lord come: And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved."

The points you made are also addressed in these two articles I listed below. They are quite lengthly but very informative.

Paul was writing very specific instructions to the members (saints) of the Church that had been established at Corinth. If you read the entire missive, you'll find he had a lot of very personal complaints with those living there and the divisive nature in that church.

Now, did Jesus teach that women could not teach others? I don't know of any place where he did.

Paul was on his own with these instructions.

You seem to be making an assumption that Paul's directive in the subject verses are only for the Corinthian Church. What scripture in this chapter would confirm that?

And people used Bible verses to claim God was OK with slavery. The Bible also tells you when you should sacrifice your first born.

Many people want to claim the Bible is free from errors and is 100% the word of God. However, some passages in the Bible are clearly not acceptable to people, like the slavery and sacrifice your children passages.

A reasonable person, I hope, would conclude that we cannot always understand the will of God and certain discriminatory passages in the Bible should be practiced sparingly, if at all.
