You need to have a locksmith come out and program the key don't bother going through the dealer. Because they'll have to tow the car as well. Some fords you do need 2 keys to program I believe you can just add a key on that year. I'm not sure what izzles talking about needing a code. You already have the key cut you just need it programmed to start the car. The other guy saying you need 3 keys is on crack. Although if you have 2 existing they are on-board programmable for the third. But that's not your situation now is it.
