I see your point. Ruth Ann is very pretty, but if you want it somewhat similar to your other children, then going with a longer middle name is probably needed. Maybe try Ruth Annabelle or Ruth Annelise. Ruth Adelaide has a bit of an exotic feel to it too. I hope I helped.

Ruth is a lovely name. How about Ruth Elizabeth then you are using two names from your list.

Or Ruth Annabel just extending on you like for Ann.
