Fantasy Football Trade Help!!!?

The league I am in is a little different. We have a wildcard spot that allows you to play anything, even a second QB. And our scoring is weird. It is a PPR AND PPC (1 point per completion and -1 for each incomplete).

Here is my team:

QB: Aaron Rodgers

WR:Steve Smith (Bye week so will be on bench this week)

WR:Roddy White

WR:Brandon Marshall

RB: Maurice Jones-Drew

RB:Ronnie Brown

TE: Brett Celek

W/R: Joseph Addai

Q/R/W/T: Anquan Boldin

Bench:

Calvin Johnshon

Roy WIlliams

Donald Brown

Alex Smith

Now, I was proposed the following trade: I give Maurice Jones-Drew (187 total FP ) for Jay Cutler (201 total FP). Normally I would of course reject that, but should I do it because of the two QB set up? I need help here!

Also I am thinking Alex Smith could continue to be productive (so far he is about 23 FP a game) so all that makes me lean towards no on the trade offer, any advice?
