what is a good eyeliner for waterline?
I have a lot of trouble getting eyeliner to stay on my waterline for very long. Dose anyone have a brand/kind that they think works best.

defnitley the almay waterproof liners, stay on the whole day, and doesnt smuge

sephora brand flashy waterproof eyeliners. 8 dollars each or 20 dollars for a 6 pack :)

Jordana in waterproof..all kinds of colors but it's the only one I can find that stays. I get it at walgreens
