Kicker Sub woofer help?

I'm buying 2 12" kicker solo baric L7 subs a dual 12" enclosed box and either a 3000 watt fusion powerplant amp, a kicker ZX 1000.1 amp, or a kicker ZX 1500.1 amp. I need help picking what amp will be best if someone can rank them 1-3 that would be a big help. And also what guage wire will I need for each amp and do I need a capacitor or 2nd battery with each selection. Thanks

use the kicker 1500.1 if you want the max rms power, use the 1000.1 you will get 500rms per sub the fusion amp shouldnt even come into contact with kicker subs its not an efficient amp, use 4 guage or better wireing and 12 guage for the subs, no cap is needed, make sure the stock alt and battery will handle the current draw needed to power this system

Kickers are really good with bass. I have two Kicker 12 inch CVR's in a '94 camaro and they hit really hard considering I am only putting 700 watts rms into them. Depending on how much you are looking to spend, I would go with kicker for the best bass and price, I got my two kickers for $240 on ebay.

The best amp for those 2 is gonna be the 1500.1... It will give you the exact needed power... I believe it takes 4 gauge wire... I would maybe recommend a better battery, but I dont think you will need a second battery... A cap could help, maybe a 2 farad...

    1st Kicker zx1500.1

2nd Fusion amp (it's 1500 watts RMS which is what you need)

    3rd. kicker 1000.1

4 gauge or larger wire for the power and ground

    12 gauge speaker wire

no need for a cap or extra battery. 1500 watts will be enough of a strain on your alternator.
