why do my toes dislocate?

I train in Jui Jitsu and kickboxing, and when I'm training my toes/feet dislocate constantly.

for example, we will be wrestling on the ground, I will put pressure on my foot at various different angles I feel some discomfort, then pop, even if i have taken my foot off the ground one or more of my toes will dislocate and its very uncomfortable, its not painful but you certainly have to stop to put it back on, i just fold my toes back with my hands and they go back in place.

Its happened for a couple of years now, happens 3/4 times every training session. never happens while im doing anything else (gym, running) I eat a healthy diet with all the vitamins and minerals I need. I either want to figure out how to stop this from happening, or find a way to wrap my feet to prevent it.
