Can I change the yahoo answers site where my leader board points are displayed?

No, unfortunately you cannot. The Leaderboards are determined by your Terms of Service. I have had the same problem myself. I live in the UK and my TOS are US so I appear on the US Leaderboards. Yahoo are looking into how this can be changed because I put a question to the Yahoo Suggestion Board regarding this matter. It seems there are quite a few people that have this problem. Sorry for the bad news!
