Would it be OK to put raw chicken sausages into a slow cooker?

Or would I have to cook them first with them containing chicken?

Thanks in advance...

Update:

I was gonna cut them into chunks and it'll be on for about 7 hours.

There is no need to cook them first, but they may be difficult and messy to cut uncooked.

7 hours is tons of time.

Sausages are always nicer if you brown them first I find - but - they are ok if you cook in the slow cooker long enough - check one is cooked before eating. I would allow over 5 hours I think or I might worry about them!
