Is this a good sub setup?

I need to know if this amp will work with these subs. If there is a better option for a similar or less price please let me know as well.

2 12" JL Audio W3V3-2

MTX elite TE601D

Also I know the W3V3's can push 500 RMS but the amp only puts out 600 RMS. I did this because on the JL site they say 300 is the optimum wattage.

yeah that would be something simple nice and clean. im guessing you didnt wanna get the jlaudio 1000 to expensive huh lol. if it was me i would of got the jl audio 1000 or put 1000watt rms to them they can take more like you say.
