How do I go about getting my driving curfew extended for work related purposes?
In Pennsylvania, anybody under 18 can't drive after 11pm. My work sometimes requires me to drive after 11. (midnight at the latest). I absolutely need to get an extension, because almost everyday on the way home around 10, I have to drive through a DUI checkpoint.

The ONLY way you'd be able to get an extension is if it was school related. The DMV doesn't give exceptions. And besides, that is technically illegal to have minors working late hours like that.
You need to tell your employer that you legally cannot work those hours.

not going to happen. you need to tell your employer that you need to get off work so you can be home by 11:00 pm. end of story.
