Is it safe to deworm a pregnant dog on day 56? Im using Cancare?

It is safe to worm them with some wormers at this point, yes. But I'm honestly not familiar with Cancare, so my best suggestion would be to call and ask the vet. :) You wouldn't actually have to take the dog in, just call and ask if it is safe.

No. You should worm mum, and her puppies, after they are born. At around 2 weeks is the normal time to worm puppies, and 2 weekly thereafter until they are 8 weeks.
She should have been wormed before she was mated, and her shots brought utd too.

I would not. Deworming should have taken place before pregnancy
