I would like to find out how many people like anchovies and how they use them.?

Greek salad with feta cheese, anchovies, croutons and greek salad dressing. I'm just curious if there is anyone else who likes this combo as much as I do. There is something about the taste of anchovies I love.

I like many types from the tinned types, to the sauces and I buy white Spanish ones here in Canada, even have bought the salted ones at Italian markets too. It is a matter of taste and willingness to enjoy them, most people who do not like them had a bad experience with them mostly on a pizza, but most people are unaware of all the food there in and still eat them.

I have even dealt with fresh ones at times.

Hey!!Your recipe sounds great!! I will try it!! Thanks for sharing!!

In Spain anchovies are very popular and we use them for a great number of dishes and also for tapas. A very typical Spanish tapa is on a slice of toast to put white albacore tuna with an anchovies!! I love also anchovies on my salads. Have you ever tried endives with roquefort and anchovies? Just delicious!!

My favourite anchovies brand is SERRATS and they have a blog where they post recipes with their anchovies.. I hope it helps you!!

I like them on pizza to be honest, but you can rarely get them as a topping, try it sometime though.
