Switched countries, can I download their iTunes to an external hard drive?

Hi,

I moved from US to Belgium and now would like to have the Belgian version of iTunes while keeping my US version (different music and movie options, and want my Belgian iTunes synched with my Belgian credit card). It is possible to download the Belgian version to an external HD so that I can keep my existing US iTunes on my internal? If so, will that function to allow me to keep running both?

Create a new PC user account and then install iTunes again but set it to all your Belgian settings.
