Do I have Meningitis?

Okay I might be over reacting, but I have had a head ache the past few days and I usually never get them. Not constantly, just for a short period of time later in the afternoon. So I Googled it and it's a symptom of Meningitis. That scares me. I shared a drink with my friend a week ago who was then sick with the Stomach Flu for a few days (she's fine now, but the heat was also a factor in her illness) I have no other symptoms, so am I just being paranoid?

Update:

Now I changed position (not laying my head down) and it went away. then I laid it back down and it started again. It's gone now.

no, while excruciating headaches are a symptom of both bacterial and viral meningitis, the other classic symptoms include, dizziness, fatigue, nausea, diarrhea, muscle soreness, dizziness upon standing, and vomiting. so, you do not have meningitis.

You are overreacting & being paranoid (your words, not mine). You have not described the symptoms of meningitis.
