Can anyone help with a complaint? (about a paint quality).?
My Dad has been using Dulux products for years (he's a decorator) and since they were bought by another company the quality of the paint has gone down hill fast.
I've looked about online but don't have a clue who to write to about it... Several complaints to Dulux have got us nowhere.
Is there an ombudsman for this type of thing?

Unfortunately, we've already tried that route... No luck from Dulux at all. They just don't seem to care. My Dad has used their products for years and has never had such shoddy treatment from them before either.
The paint is thin and takes forever to dry and when it does dry it's patchy.takes about four coats to get a decent cover.

dulux have never made good quality products but to answer your question there should be either a web site and contact them through that or a snail mail address on the can and write them a letter.
