Application for Mafia Wars on Facebook?

Is there any application I can use with Mafia Wars on Facebook which can ::

- Accept all gifts automatically

- Send regalar gifts to my mafia

- Can send more than multiple (of same item)at a go (for eg :: 50 Car Parts)

Also please advise where I can download .NET framework (for Standalone machine)

    As far as the first 2, there probably are, but I don't know offhand the apps.
