My swetheart's younger brother is a Gemini.
He has made my life a living hell. My sweetheart is a widower and his brother doesn't want us to marry.
This Gemini man has relations with his brother's wife due to which she committed suicide. Can we describe them better.

Apologizing is the first thing. Explain your reasoning, but don't insult her brother any further. Try to be honest with her about your feelings, also. Let her know that you need to apologize and mend your relationship because you like her, and care about her feelings. She will appreciate your honesty. We scorpios don't forgive and forget easily, so you have to put in extra effort to reassure her that you mean well. Do you see her brother often? If so, you just have to deal with it and be nice to him, or else she will turn her back on you. We're ridiculously loyal to the people we love - if anyone were to insult my sister to me, that person would automatically be my enemy.
