The best way, depending upon which body part you're talking about, is either injections of "sclerosing" agents, or the use of Lasers. Anything else will do very little for you, other than just masking the veins. If they are few in number, the cost to do it, from your dermatologist, is usually low enough to fit into your budget.

I have a few on my face from using a microderm abrasion (never again!). I have found that Retinal A (05%) that I received from my Derm helps to fade them.
