I don't think you will see President Obama vetoing anything he has agreed to support. After hearing his speech the other day, I think he is STILL willing to work with Repubs and to offer comprimise like he has done since the day he took office. I do, however believe that shows him as NOT the leader I thought he would be when I voted for him. And when I answer polls, I am well aware those polls take my answer of unapproval for the President and twist it to make the cons believe the majority of US is against the Pres. When we say we are unhappy, it means we want him to be stronger, to push for what we thought he believed in, what we believe in. Happily, he will NOT play games the way the Republicans have with the very fabric of our Nation. I do, however hope he gets tough and paints the Cons with the dark brush they deserve, and learns to tout his own accomplishments with pride.

Being from England I cannot understand why Americans are so divided between republicans and democrats, from our perspective both parties seem to be right wing extremists paid for by big business, and run for the benefit of the super rich to the detriment of the poor.
