Can Virgin Mobile Samsung Intercept use all Android apps?

Are all Android market apps available for the Samsung Intercept? How many can I fit into the 256mb memory?

I mainly want to use SSH and VNC apps, among other things. Is this possible?

Update:

Also, does the web browser (or Opera Mini) load Flash objects on pages? Can you go directly to Youtube.com and play videos inside a web browser?

All 2.1 compatible apps are available. There's no way to know how many apps you can fit- it depends on their size. You cannot play Flash in the browser because Flash is only supported on Android 2.2. Without rooting your phone, you could use the Skyfire browser, which plays Flash.

The Samsung Intercept has Android 2.1 OS.

Therefore, it can use all Android apps that dp not require the newest 2.2 OS -aka, most of the apps on the market it can use.

I have not tried the SSH and VNC apps, but they should work as long as they fit the above requirement.

i could decide for the Intercept. intense-high quality touch show screen and properly sized keyboard. The blackberry they supply is the main inexpensive one blackberry makes. The Intercept does run off of android and additionally has lots extra apps in my view that persons could use whilst in comparison with BB. Plus, you will pay an extra ten funds for the BB.
