how long can u keep fried rice in the fridge?

If it went into the fridge in edible condition, it will still be good a day later. Usually longer.

fried rice by itself will last for weeks with a cover over it... just add a little bit of water to it to rehydrate it. but with deferent meats in it .... well thats a whole other question in itself. beef will last a few days with a air tight cover the same as chicken and pork. but when you get fish involved the hold time will go down pretty fast. If its only been on day or 2 just reheat it until everything is steaming... just add some water to it and re-fry it in a pan or skillet. or just microwave it for a few mins. just make sure that its too hot to eat and then let it sit untill its cool enough to eat

Rice can be a problem. If you didn't eat all the fried rice when you ordered it then throw it away. Rice often contains Bacillus Cereus which cannot be killed by cooking. SO buy the rice, wash the rice, cook the rice, eat the rice and don't save leftovers.

id say it would be fine for another day. 3 days max... btu with the meat int he rice, im not so sure.

It will be fine, that is the way they do stir fries. Just make sure you get it really hot.
