why can't I get him out of my head!?
I know this guy, he is actually a friend but for some uncalculated reason i can't get him out of my head! I thought maybe moving a few hundred miles away would help...but it aint working! I keep picturing us together and ironically I dont want that to happen... what should I do?
I don't want to feel like this! I think of it as an illness i can't cure! I honestly believe that letting him go would be loving myself! I want it gone...how do I do that?

He is not in your head its your fantasy of who you think he is.
On several occasions I started liking a woman that I knew was not good for me. SO I decided to turn the sweet fantasy image in my head into a cold hard reality. I would get to know more about here (not one on one). Friends, workmates, talk with here in groups. Ask her question that where important to me and listen to her say the opposite. If I disagreed with her I would speak my mind.
Worked for me.
If however he is good for you... will do just the opposite.

Obviously from reading this you have feelings for this guy. If you can't get him out of your head and are picturing the two of you together all the time, then you like him and wish to be with him. I had the same problem a few years back.
