(Maplestory) How much DEX does a Sin need to hit Jesters?

Im a level 60 sin with 92 DEX, how much more do i need?

    Get to level 70 and you will be able to hit them just fine. It's just the new accuracy formula.

    For every level you are below a monster, -5% accuracy. more information .
