Have all you religious people considered this?

That the gods were actually extraterrestrials that came down to earth and their advanced technology was thought of, by primitive humans, as god like powers? Also that DNA was manipulated, far in the past, by the extraterrestrials to give homo erectus larger brains to create the current humans. I'm starting to believe this theory more and more.

Considered it? Yeah, for a nanosecond.

Cruise and Travolta are looking for some recruits. You'll fit right in.

One question for you to consider: IF we were planted here by this high tech society, why didn't they leave the high tech stuff here to jump start us? Why plant us here with only axes and spears?

    Peace.

  • Yes I have considered this. I have also read most of the books; "The Earth Chronicles" by Zechariah Sitchin. There have been countless cuneiform tablets unearthed, that document many of these findings, left by the Sumerians They lived way before the creation of Adam and Eve.

Albeit, in everything discovered by man or theoretically proven by science, there still must be a Source. That 'Source' is the One Who IS Father of the All. :D

    Peace and Blessings

The view that aliens have ever visited us is based on the same human arrogance that produced the belief that god created us in his image. It's the belief that humans are so amazing if alien are out there they would definitely want to interact with us despite the fact that they probably have far more important things to do then mess with us. All while single-handedly debasing everything humanity has accomplished.

Actually, yeah, I've considered it, and it doesn't make as much sense as what i believe. Why? Because it doesn't give room to hope, and I want to do that. And it doesn't explain some of the experiences I've had. Although, it sounds better than the boring 'we were monkeys who turned into people from fish and amoebas' I like my opinions better. Although, there have been alien sightings. I think that science fiction and spirituality are linked to the paranormal more than people think

I already believe that which is why I know my God exists.. a supreme being among supreme beings. Hopefully he will grace us with his presence soon.

    The Annunaki, eh?

Yes, but that takes more credulity and "faith" to believe than just about any theistic explanation of terrestrial creation

Also, it does not get to the issue of causality, ultimate causality

And your evidence for this is?

Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence. You don't have any, so no.

Btw: I'm not all that religious.
