Is it possible to be a pure agnostic?
I am more or less giving my beliefs a full 360 review. I've been atheist for about 9 years. I was considering deism for a short while, but I am now thinking perhaps it's not so intellectually honest to solely see that as the only possibility.
I am now thinking I am right in the center of atheism and deism. I am open to the possibility of both world views.
Does this make me a pure agnostic?

no. by definition an agnostic is one who believes that it is impossible to know whether there is a God or one who is skeptical about the existence of God but does not profess true atheism.

Agnostic just has to do with the idea of not knowing if there is a God or gods or not. I dont think it covers things like not knowing the specifics yet it might possibly. I myself sort of mix religions together. Some of the most open religions that cover a fairly wide basis are Universal Unitarianism, Hinduism (ive heard some hidus say that they can be hindus and christian both) and Buddhism (which doesnt specify any gods but is okay in beleiving in them). You might wanna look into pantheism as well while you are at things since its along the same path as atheism and deism.
This test sorta helped me some. It matches best it can to show you religions you are similar too. It lists a lot of religions (not all of them and its not 100% accurate but its worth a shot)

Being agnostic is tricky. People who are Agnostic believe there is no way to determine whether there is a god or not. The truth is unless you're 100% devout in a particular then we are all agnostic. Personally I am a Deist. I believe in a higher power and I believe that Jesus Christ may have been a man but nothing more.
In short unless you sit there and absolutely don't care whether or not there is a god because there is no true way to prove it then you can't be 100% agnostic.

Agnosticism is not on the same continuum as atheism; they are answers to different questions. Agnosticism is the position that you do not or cannot *know* if there are any gods, while atheism is the position of lacking any *belief* in gods. Assuming you know that there is a difference between knowledge and belief, atheism and agnosticism are not mutually exclusive. In fact, most atheists are also agnostic.
Ask yourself this question: "Can I honestly say that I believe that a God or gods exist?"
If your answer is "No," then you are an atheist. You may ALSO be agnostic, but that's a separate question.

You misunderstand. there's a center floor. One does have the alternative to droop judgments on epistemological grounds. Agnosticism is an admission of no understanding both way on a topic (jointly with gods) at the same time as theism and atheism deal in elementary words with perception. Expressing both a perception or disbelief is an statement. you'll decide on to make no statement in any respect. Sorry you're incorrect.

agnosticism is defined as the position that it is impossible to know if any gods exist.
Contrary to popular misconception, it is not an intermediate between theism and atheism.
It is a position concerning knowledge, not of belief. From the epistemological standpoint, belief and knowledge are fundamentally different things.
Atheism and theism are positions concerning belief.
belief and knowledge are different things.
Either you HAVE the belief in god(s), or you don't.
If you do, you're a theist, if you don't, you're an atheist.

Well anything is possible, but again I rejected ALL facts fictions and dogma and only accepted the existence of God. Now most people dislike this point of view. That said do whatever you think is right after all it is your life and it is a brave new world.

There is only one kind of agnostic and that is agnostic. don't fall into it with these idiots that claim to be an atheist-agnostic or a partial agnostic. it's all crap to give themselves a self important title.
if your open to theism but don't know either way, your agnostic.

No.
You either believe or you don't, whether you believe it's possible to KNOW is something else entirely.
