How do I change point-slope form to standard form?

This is probably a simple math problem for most of you out there, but I'm having trouble figuring out what to do next after substituting the terms into the equation. I keep getting y=Ax-AB+C, which I'm pretty sure is wrong. Here is the question below.

"Change the point-slope form of the equation of the line y-y_=m(x-x_) to the standard form Ax+By=C

To do this, you must express A, B, and C in terms of the constants m, x_, and y_.

Show your calculations."

Thanks for helping me
