Is anyone a member of their State Guard or State Defense Force?

While I'm not a member, I worked with the California State Military Reserve on a few occasions. It was a mixed bag. A few were Vietnam vets that were very knowledgeable and great instructors, they volunteered as Range cadre and lane safeties at Camp Roberts. The others.... Fairly worthless. They pretty much make up their own rank, don't have any kind of height/weight standards and don't really *do* much. My 2 cents

If the US recruited the Senshi, Russia could recruit Chaos/shadow Galactica... you basically began a clean era in international war. i'm hoping your satisfied. P.s. Sailor moon lives, all people else dies, and then she makes crystal Tokyo and fixes each and everything. :-p
