whoever owns the rights to the music. if the artist owns the rights then they will most likey be handed down to the family

Right to the Point . . . The Corporation . . . what ripped off Little Richard . . . but Jimi Hendrix's fam has big control of his estate . . . but alot of musicians got ripped off . . . big-time.
That's why "illegal downloading" is a matter of degrees.
I am sold the technology but am told it is illegal to use it,
someone else rakes in the residuals from another's production.
