Where do the saved screenshots go?

I have a Dell Laptop and every time I try to take a screenshot of something(fn + F11[Prnt Screen]) It does nothing. Do the screenshots go to a certain folder, or is there something wrong with my computer?

Also, if the screenshots do go to a certain folder, how do I get to that folder?

    screen shots go to your clipboard. Use a program you can paste it into and ctrl+v or rt click + paste

    basically it just copies it. then you can open a program like Paint and paste it to work with it.
