Uran Decay 24/7 Eyeliner??!!?

ello :33. Is the Urban Day 24/7 glide on pencil water proof and will it stay on your waterline well? If i buy it i will mainly use it for my waterline.

    I LOVE this eyeliner and I use it everyday (I use the color stash). I use it under my eyes but I have tried it on my water line and it stayed on all day. It is waterproof and that is why it stays on forever. I will never switch to another eyeliner ever.

    It Usually takes about 3-5 buisness days no matter how long they told it would take

    it works very very well. it'll stay on all day. it's worth the price.
