Help, my music downloads are gone!?

I have downloaded like 20 songs on my ipod and then it crashed (idk why) and all the songs are gone and not on my computer. How do I get them back without wasting 25 dollars on them. I already checked available downloads and it didn't work. Anybody know what to do?

Hi Taylor.
I've learnt never to trust ipod for downloading songs. I've learnt never to trust Apple, and I've learnt never to trust Steve Jobs. I know because it's happened to me. Don't download anymore because sometime it WILL happen again. Eric.
