I make this all the time for my boyfriend and he loves it! Unfortunatley it uses oil, but you don't have to if you don't want to! I didn't once when I didn't have oil and it was just as good!!

    Easy Chicken Marinade:

    1/4 c. soy sauce

    1/4 c. oil

    1/4 c. cooking sherry

    2 tbsp. lemon juice

    1 clove garlic, minced

    Pepper

    1/2 tsp. dehydrated onion flakes

Marinade chicken breasts for several hours. Grill 8 to 10 minutes each side.

I marinate boneless / skinless breast in Good Season's Zesty Italian (dry mix) for a couple hours. I then pat breast dry and smear with mayonnaise. Place on hot charcoals and grill. The mayo protects the meat and turns a beautiful golden brown. The breast is juicy and delicious as long as you don't overcook it.

  • I bake mine in the oven, topped with rashers of streaky, smoked bacon, loosely wrapped in foil, until nearly cooked, then lift the foil back to crisp the bacon a little
