Is this a good time for the 100 meter dash?

I ran an 11.41 as a Junior, my first year of track. How is that?

Yeah, thats pretty good, but it all depends on what level of competition you want to compete in.

You will know how to improve your technique, so keep on trying to improve till you get under 11 seconds. If you get the correct coaching, you should reach a good time in your 2nd year. Speed doesn't come naturally, you have to work for it.

    I can run 100m in 11.99 PB, but i'm only 13.

its pretty good cause its your first year of track, but a freshman on my team runs about that time. If you work hard over the off season then you could possibly get it into the tens, maybe make the state meet, who knows anything is possible.

Well it's always good to do a little bit more than you did the next day. But that's GREAT! Well done, keep it up. And remember, don't strain yourself, take it slow and steady. :)
