    Yes, all lights on a DOT approved vehicle must be DOT approved.

    ok how in the hell can you tell there fog lights as DOT YES they must conform to dept of trans so you got a ticket ?? high beamming it too bad on that well you didnt tell anyone what kinda car you drive ? so its ????? what did happen ??
