Going into 7th grade.. Getting a shot! Help?
I thinks its. Tetnus booster shot.. Do they hurt? My dad said just after and my moms dosent remember ;( does it hurt?! Pleeasee be honest

It's gonna hurt, but don't worry it's less painfull than having like some on punch you.... Try giving your self something to do while they take the shot.... Like... Count the tills in the ceiling. The specks of dirt on the wall, talk to your mom or dad about some thing crazy! Ask them if you can play a song on your iPod! Wear your fave pair of shoes and look at them the whole time
The worst part of the shot isn't the pain its the fact in your mind that your sitting there and you KNOW some one is going to hurt you.

The Tetanus booster jab doesn't hurt much at all - I had mine maybe 2 or 3 weeks ago. There was a little bit of bleeding for about 20 minutes, and a little bit of a bruise for a few days after, but it didn't ache afterwards like some injections I've had. Of course there was a little scratch when the nurse put the needle in, but that's totally normal.

All shots hurt.....but no matter what you have to get it....just pretend like it's not happening until you get there....then panic and kick the doctor in the face....that should give you an extra 10 minutes....or until they get a different doctor ....it's gonna happen.
