Is there any software that I can download free that makes Wi-Fi?
I have Windows XP Home please no viruses on the software. I saw ConnectifyMe but it was only for Windows 7

No you need an whole modem system to create Wi-Fi. Sorry.

Don't we wish. But No there aren't. Only a router connected to a modem will create wifi.

on your computer? no, that is a hardware issue.
on an iphone you can make it so it sends out a signal though
