    Try Answerbag. I left Yahoo Answers for a while due to trolls, and found Answerbag. The users are more informative, you see less trollish behavior, and overall the users are intelligent with their responses. Also, the Answerbag community leaders or moderators are more helpful. I don't consider Yahoo Answers to have helpful moderators, in fact I doubt there are moderators here. But that aside, I think you should check out Answerbag, you won't be disappointed.
