I would call the police. Even if they couldn't make the charge stick, I doubt he would do something like that to you again. If he is family or a friend - I'd prefer to keep away from family like that - and he is no friend!

I would remain in the hospital for three days, under special care, being fed through a tube and having extreme surgical procedures for the majority of these days. My 29 year old daughter, Rose, would commit suicide from all of the pain she has been through. My only remaining family is my Asian-American son, Hiro-Shimo, who lives in Tokyo, Japan. He would fly in to Seattle to be read my will. Except for I never had a will, and the person who called my son to his office to read him the will was actually a mobster who tricked Hiro-Shimo into meeting him. My son owed this man, Vito, more than $300,000 dollars, and Vito had his men choke my son to death. All of my family is dead, including me, and that spray painted "f*ck you" is still on my god damn drive way.

Lodge a complaint with the local police for vandalism, with photographic evidence. Particularly if you have proof of who did it.

Phone the police giving his name and address.
