What is the best fat burning stack?

Hey, so I've been an continual everyday lifter for the past 4 years and I know a great deal about supplements and stacks. I'm just having a hard time finding the right fat burning stack for my new program I want to put my main focus on fat loss in the mid section. My diet is going to be strict and it's a lean diet meant to not put weight on but add muscle. Mostly just trade fat for muscle. But in the past all these diets have done were just that but only around the areas I worked on. I do core everyday and still not working. I need a fat burning stack for under $200. I'm starting my new program soon. My new program is a lot of high rep sets and complexes. I can put off large muscle gains if I could lose my mid section. I'm about 18-22% body fat depending on my program. Most of it from my mid section with my other troubles areas being my chest and legs. I'm not a body builder just someone really into being a physical animal. For anyone with a great stack thank you. Don't write novice stacks on here cause most likely I've tried it. I need something new and powerful. Thanks

Update:

Treppy: I didn't mean literally trade the two. I meant I was losing fat(not where I wanted to) and still putting on muscle. It is possible if you find the right workout. Clearly you don"t make your own workouts. I'm sure any of my lifts will produce more results then one your one.

Secondly, If you had read, I'm on a strict lean diet. I know it's not the core circuits that remove the fat but they help to induce the use of those fat cells of the area your working.

Lastly, I work high reps in usually 3 sets of the complex or lift. I'm mostly trying to lose fat. I can live with lose a few pounds of muscle. I can easily put it back on in a short time. I'm currently on glutamine, arginine, BCAAs, protein, creatine, and MVs. And a testosterone receptor booster. These are my current supplements.

Sorry if this is going to come across as offensive, but you don't know as much as you think you do.

    Here's what gave it away:

"Mostly just trade fat for muscle" - this is biologically impossible. They're two separate things entirely. If you've been lifting for 4 years there's not a chance in hell you can lose fat and add muscle at the same time either.

"I do core everyday and still not working" - your core strength will make no difference to fat loss. Also why are you working your core every day? If you're actually doing your compound lifts properly your core is already targeted enough. I have large abs and I haven't done an isolation exercise for that muscle in years.

"Most of it from my mid section with my other troubles areas being my chest and legs" - Targeted weight-loss is impossible outside of surgery. You can only reduce your overall bodyfat. The illusion of less fat in an area due to increased muscle is probably what started this myth.

"program is a lot of high rep sets" - High volume and high reps? Most people respond better to low rep ranges when the goal is to keep as much muscle as possible and lose bodyfat.

If your diet is in check the supps aren't going to help very much, I'd just go with the usual whey, BCAAs, multivitamins, fish oil etc. Could probably throw in some arginine and glutamine if you want (even though I'm sceptical about glutamine actually doing anything, arginine has been proven to work though)

I find thermogenic supps are a waste of money. All they do is make you sweaty.

The only stacks I see people running that are actually effective are also risky and illegal. But still if you want to look into them you can do a bit of research on:

ECA - ephedrine, caffeine and aspirin. Prepare to feel shaky as hell if you're on this, there's been quite a few reported cases of heart attacks. Aspirin is just to lower the high blood pressure you get on the eph.

Testosterone/Clen - If you have access do steroids and you're prepared to do a proper cycle this has the fastest results I've seen for weight loss. I've seen pretty good results off PH's like M-Drol but anything that isn't an injection is going to give your liver a hard time.

    Good luck dude.

Something with ephidrine and caffiene Also are you taking CLA supplements? The personal trainer at my gym recommended them for assisting loss of abdominal fat. And he's seriously built. As long as you're doing low reps of high weights, on a very low carb high protien diet that makes you eat every two hours (and gets you into ketosis) you should be sweet.

Also my Dad was a champion body builder and mum was a power lifter and they owned a gym etc, Dad is 55 and still has a great body (mum went to the pack after 8 kids) but he also fasts a lot, even still now. And does running as well as gym to make sure the muscles are up but fitness is good too, and burn more fat. Maybe try the fasting thing from the above comment ...

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

It really depends on your approach to losing weight. A lot of people do great by simply reducing carb intake and increasing protein and fiber, while the other side of the coin is turning up your exercise routine. There is an assortment of supplement stacks here: http://bestworkoutsupplementsblog.com/top-fat-loss... - but you can probably do just as well with some inexpensive supplements from Walmart. Good luck!

Well you certainly don't need to spend that kind of money for a very good effective fat burning stack.

Check out the ECA Stack here:

No hrrmful anything, and it is very effective. My son lost 30 pounds in a month, but he was a cardio nut I do have to say. But I know of people who have used it with really good results too, and they were pretty normal people who just worked out a bit and watched what they ate.

You can lose weight without exercise. You will need to reduce the number of calories you take in during the day. You will still burn calories, but not as many if you were exercising. Base your meals on a 2000 calories a day diet. You also need to take your age into consideration. If you are a teenager you are still growing and changing, and would need to be careful. Eat a well balanced diet, and eat in moderation. You should see results, maybe not quickly. Read more here:
