What equation do you use? How do you convert the answer to miles/hour? Thank you so much.

    v^2=u^2+2as

where v is final velocity, u is initial velocity (0), a is acceleration (due to gravity in this case 33.2 ft/sec^2) and s is the distance (45).

88 ft/sec = 60 mph, so you can scale the answer from this.
